How long does the delivery usually takes?
Delivery within WM and EM usually will takes about 3 to 7 working day(s). The estimated time of arrival for your parcel should be within a week depending on the nature of your order (local or overseas), the logistics partner and when your order was picked by them. However, it varies from time to time and it’s depending on the courier service in your area.
Can I direct purchase with the Customer Service?

Can I cancel an existing order that have been made?
