RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL, WE DO NOT ACCEPT/PROVIDE RETURNS/REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES ONCE THE PURCHASE HAS BEEN MADE WITH THE EXCEPTION OF:

Once the package is dispatched to your courier of choice, CALYA PELANGI will no longer have any control over it. In cases of errors or delays caused by the courier, we will HELP resolve the dispute to the best of our abilities, but we will not be held liable or responsible for any delays or errors.

The item(s) you received is defective OR a missing item(s) and no replacement can be given on time. In this case, you are entitled to a full refund plus reimbursements to any costs involved in returning the item. 

The item(s) you received is defective or a wrong (Size Group/Color Code) item(s) OR a missing item(s), but you still choose to keep the affected item(s), which in this case the customer is entitled to a partial refund, subjecting to the degree of the difference/damage.

Reasons such as "The Item is too big/small for me/the item does not suit me" will not be entertained.

Please note that beading and lace is produced by hand, therefore slight imperfections are normal. Small flaws due to this/slight color difference will also not be entertained.

 

RETURN  (if applicable)
Our policy lasts 7 days. If you fail to present your case of items 1) & 2) within 7 days from the date of purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and still have their tags intact.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

REFUND (if applicable)

1) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

2) We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

3) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.If you still have not received your refund yet, please reach us at calyapelangi@gmail.com

 

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Send us an email at calyapelangi@gmail.com  and send your item to address as instructed

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time taken for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
